About Us

Cleary Benefits Group was founded in 1998 as an independent, privately-owned, strategic benefits advisory company.  We are headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut with an additional office in Duxbury, Massachusetts.

We were founded on the belief that the traditional brokerage consulting models didn’t serve the market in the most effective way. Traditional brokerage models tend to focus on tactical deliverables however they are not strategically focused. Consulting models are focused on time and project-based work, but are not a cost-effective way to support ongoing initiatives.

Our business process is designed to create an end-to-end experience that encompasses both the strategic planning of a consultant and the tactical execution of a broker.  All our clients utilize our full consultative scope of services while we perform the traditional brokering activities.  Our model also focuses heavily on financial support and we continually review key costs and historical metrics to support your overall strategy.
