    • A historical perspective of client activities, including recent developments, corporate changes, and brief review of pertinent demographic trends
    • A financial review, including 2 – 3 year trends, budget versus actual results, utilization drivers, etc
    • A benchmarking study incorporating relevant data based on geography of employee base, products offered, carriers, and industry
    • A multi-year focus, including a very detailed strategy for the upcoming 12 months, a “roadmap” for the next 36 months, and high level overview for the next 60 months
  • Meeting(s) with the HR team to finalize strategic direction
  • Meeting(s) with key stakeholders to secure strategy buy-in
  • Finalize appropriate timelines for strategy implementation and ongoing execution
